Criminal Defense

At Liberty Loyal Law, our attorneys may practice criminal defense under the Public Defender's Office (PDO) for those who cannot afford an attorney and/or take on private clients.  If you need a free attorney, please apply with your local PDO office.  If you do not qualify or simply wish to retain an attorney, we may be able to help.  

Once an attorney accepts your case, please always indicate in any communications whether you retained them or if they were appointed.  These cases are managed through different systems.  Thank you
